In order to be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Click here to begin your return Be sure to have your order number and personal information available. Write your return authorization number on the outside of your box and include the packing slip inside the box. Please be aware that you will be responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise noted. Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our team who will process your refund. The refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that credit card payment refunds may take 5-10 days to appear on the credit card statement. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team here.
Exchanges are available for 30 days after an order has been placed. Please include the original packing slip with your return and provide instructions on what you would like us to do. You will be responsible for return postage.
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, incorrect size, damaged product, etc...) please contact customer service and we will find a solution immediately.

Preorder means that the product is not currently in stock and you are placing an order to secure an item before it sells out or becomes unavailable.
